Last updated: 26 October 2026
This policy explains cookies and similar browser technologies used in connection with www.globalskillspassport.com and Global Skills Passport account services, operated by Global Skills Passport T/A Amelhu Ltd. (we, our, us).
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files a website can store on your device. Local storage is a separate form of browser storage that can persist between visits. These technologies can support account access, security or preferences. Non-essential analytics, advertising and similar uses require consent where applicable.
2. Storage supporting account access
- Authentication storage: account services use browser local storage to maintain sign-in information. It persists until removed or cleared by the account service or your browser; account access remains subject to session validity.
- Pending activation: if email confirmation is needed during activation, a pending activation code is temporarily kept in this browser so activation can continue after sign-in. The dashboard removes it when it attempts redemption. You can also clear it through browser settings.
These mechanisms support the account or activation service you request. Clearing or blocking them can sign you out or prevent an activation from continuing automatically. Do not use a shared device to store personal account access information without taking appropriate precautions.
3. Analytics, advertising and download records
Business Case Kit reporting saves the campaign-source or referring-website classification supplied with a request, the form submission and an authorised download-start event. This is first-party request reporting, rather than a claim that a visitor has accepted advertising cookies.
This policy does not claim that Google Analytics, LinkedIn or Meta advertising pixels, or a cookie-consent banner are currently installed. If non-essential cookies or similar tracking are introduced, their purposes, providers and duration must be disclosed and any required consent obtained before they are used.
4. Your choices
You can use your browser settings to inspect, block or delete cookies and site storage. Controls vary by browser; consult its help pages for instructions. Deleting cookies does not necessarily delete local storage, so check the controls for both.
Blocking necessary account storage can affect sign-in and activation. If non-essential technologies are introduced, you must be able to refuse them or withdraw consent without losing access to services that do not require them.
5. Other websites
Links may take you to third-party websites, including learning providers. Those websites apply their own cookie and privacy policies. This policy covers Global Skills Passport, not technologies independently used by those websites.
6. Contact and updates
For questions about cookies or storage, contact Global Skills Passport T/A Amelhu Ltd. through our contact page. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling and your rights.
Changes to this policy will be published on this page with a revised updated date.
