Terms of Service

Global Skills Passport T/A Amelhu Ltd.

Last updated: 26 October 2026

These terms set out the rules for using www.globalskillspassport.com and the related digital services offered by Global Skills Passport T/A Amelhu Ltd. (we, our, us). By using the website or services, you agree to these terms, subject to any applicable signed employer agreement and mandatory legal rights.

1. Our service

Global Skills Passport is an employer-funded, skills-led digital career-transition service. Employers arrange licences; employees access their agreed plan using employer-issued activation codes. There is no employee self-purchase or public checkout.

The Discover, Navigate and Advance plans describe different levels of support. Only functionality made available within your authorised plan can be used. Product visuals and synthetic demo data are illustrative; features described as in preparation or connecting are not represented as live services.

2. Employer agreements and payment

Employer orders, licence numbers, fees, taxes, delivery commitments, activation deadlines and any additional conditions are agreed privately with the employer. The signed employer agreement governs those commercial matters and takes precedence where it conflicts with these general website terms.

Activation codes are issued only after programme payment has been approved by a platform administrator. Cancellation and refund arrangements are governed by the employer agreement and applicable law.

3. Activation and access period

Activation codes are personal, single-use and subject to the programme's licence allocation, expiry and activation deadline. Do not resell, publish or share a code with someone who is not its intended recipient.

Employee access is normally for six months from activation, capped by any earlier programme end date. Your available tier and access period are determined by the authorised entitlement, not by changes made in your browser.

Contact your employer if your code is missing, expired or not accepted. An account alone does not provide access to a paid plan.

4. Your account and responsibilities

Provide accurate account details, keep them up to date and protect your login information. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Let us know if you suspect unauthorised access.

  • Do not use the service unlawfully or upload material you do not have permission to use.
  • Do not share login details, impersonate others or seek unauthorised access to accounts, programmes or personal information.
  • Do not guess activation codes, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or introduce malicious software.
  • Do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or distribute protected service materials except where permitted by law or an express licence.

5. Career guidance and AI limitations

Employees choose which target roles or directions to explore. Skills comparisons and learning recommendations do not select jobs for you, match you to vacancies or guarantee proficiency, a qualification, employment, redeployment, consulting clients or business success.

V is an AI career coach within Advance, not a human coach. AI-generated material may be incomplete or incorrect; review it and use your own judgement before relying on it. Availability notices on the site distinguish prepared functionality from services that are live.

The service does not provide human coaching, placement guarantees or regulated legal, financial or tax advice. Consulting and entrepreneurship content is exploratory guidance, not a business-launch service. Seek an appropriately qualified adviser where needed.

6. Intellectual property and your materials

Website content, service software, branding and related technology belong to their respective owners or licensors. Authorised access gives you a limited right to use the service for its intended purpose during the relevant access period; it does not transfer ownership.

You retain your rights in materials you provide. You must have permission to submit them. Any use of personal information in those materials is governed by the applicable privacy notice and service agreement, not a general transfer of ownership under these terms.

7. Third-party resources

Links to external websites or learning resources do not establish a live integration, endorsement or guarantee. Third-party services have their own terms, availability, costs and privacy practices. Check those terms before registering or paying a third party.

8. Privacy

Read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for information about personal data and browser storage. Employer programme reporting is aggregate only; it does not expose individual career searches, conversations or skills gaps. Accepting these terms is not consent to optional marketing.

9. Availability and liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability or a particular career outcome. Access may be affected by maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or general guidance. Liability for paid employer services is governed by the applicable employer agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or ended for misuse, a breach of these terms, security concerns, expiry of the entitlement or programme conditions set out in the employer agreement. Suspension does not remove any applicable privacy rights or automatically delete records.

11. Changes and events outside our control

We may update these terms and publish the revised version here with its updated date. Where required, material changes affecting an existing service will be notified. Changes do not override an existing signed employer agreement or mandatory rights.

We are not responsible for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, subject to applicable law and any agreed contractual obligations.

12. Governing law

These general terms are governed by Irish law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Disputes are subject to the Irish courts unless applicable law or a signed employer agreement provides otherwise.

13. Contact

For questions about these terms, employer agreements or platform access, contact Global Skills Passport T/A Amelhu Ltd. through our contact page. For activation-code questions, your employer is also your programme contact.
